- For visits within 7 days: Access Pass(es) will be sent within 48 hours.

Standard Taj Mahal tickets only include entry to the protected site. They do not include transportation from Delhi, meaning visitors must make their own way to the Taj Mahal entrance.
Taj Mahal Advance Tickets, on the other hand, include the entry ticket along with transportation from Delhi to the Taj Mahal area or entrance by bus, car, or train.
In some cases, these tickets may also include a guide in English or other languages.
If tickets for the Taj Mahal, including Taj Mahal Only, Taj Mahal with Mausoleum, Taj Mahal + Agra Fort, or Taj Mahal with Mausoleum + Agra Fort, are sold out on your desired date, you will need to choose an alternative date for your visit.
Since the number of tickets available per day is limited, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to secure your spot.
Tickets Taj Mahal is not responsible for any circumstances that prevent the use of Taj Mahal tickets, including natural disasters, strikes, medical issues, personal reasons, or any event beyond our control. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or modifications for your ticket(s).
Visitors who initiate fraudulent disputes through their bank may face penalties, sanctions, and/or legal action from local authorities.
If you are unable to reach India or the Taj Mahal due to exceptional circumstances such as health or transportation issues, we recommend contacting your travel insurance provider for coverage. Please note that disputes or chargebacks filed through banks are not a substitute for travel insurance. Attempting to reverse transactions in violation of these terms may be considered financial fraud.
No, entry to the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort requires the Access Passes sent to your email.
The Ticket Reservation serves as a confirmation of your booking for a specific date, time slot, and ticket type, but it does not grant entry to the sites. The staff at the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort will only accept the Access Passes as valid for entry.
Each visitor must download and present their individual Access Passes, which are emailed to you after your purchase or shortly before your visit. The email will be sent to the address provided during booking with the subject line: “YOUR TAJ MAHAL ACCESS PASS(ES) here” along with your order number.
The Access Passes include personal details such as the visitor’s full name and passport or ID number. Visitors who fail to present their Access Passes at the entrance checkpoints will be denied entry without the possibility of a refund, even if they decide to purchase new passes on-site.
To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend downloading your Access Passes or checking your email before arriving at the sites.
The Taj Mahal is a nationally and internationally protected site managed by the Indian Government, specifically the Ministry of Culture. They are responsible for establishing access conditions, regulations, and fees.
We strongly recommend booking your Taj Mahal tickets in advance. While there is a ticket office on-site, same-day ticket availability cannot be guaranteed, and the lines can be very long.
The availability of Taj Mahal tickets is provided by the Ministry of Culture.
Unfortunately, Taj Mahal tickets cannot be canceled or refunded once issued. The Ministry of Culture does not allow cancellations, modifications, or refunds after a reservation has been made.
Visitors will receive two separate access passes, one for each monument.
After placing an order for a Taj Mahal + Agra Fort ticket, or a Taj Mahal with Mausoleum + Agra Fort ticket, visitors will initially receive a single ticket reservation. Subsequently, according to the schedule, they will be issued two access passes: one for entry to the Taj Mahal and another for entry to the Agra Fort.
Children aged 15 and under can enter for free, provided they can verify their age at the time of their visit.
Minors aged 16 and above are required to pay the full admission fee.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the name, passport number, or visit date once the ticket order has been placed.
Tickets Taj Mahal cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by customers providing inaccurate or incorrect personal information.
The best ways to travel to Agra, home of the iconic Taj Mahal, are by train or private car.
Numerous trains depart daily from Delhi to Agra. The New Delhi Railway Station, located near Paharganj, is the primary hub in Delhi. In Agra, the closest station to the Taj Mahal is Agra Cantonment.
For added convenience, you can book through Tickets Taj Mahal. They offer tour packages or advance tickets that include transportation from Delhi, either by train or private vehicle, and often provide a guide to enhance your experience.
